The Crikey Café is the perfect location for your wedding celebrations. Guests will be seated at our unique handcrafted tables made from Queensland hardwood; you may even be sitting at a table made by Steve Irwin himself! The Crikey Café has soaring ceilings and various zones for dining, socialising and plenty of space to dance and spread your wings! With stunning festoon lighting strung above the tables, ample room to dance and a view over our world-famous Crocoseum your guests will be in for a night they won’t forget!

Australia Zoo wedding reception packages are based on a minimum of 80 and a maximum of 100 guests.
Our menu is created using the finest quality locally sourced produce. We have a range of packages to choose from that can be tailored to suit your individual needs with all dietary requirements catered for.
Wedding reception packages can only be booked in conjunction with one of our ceremony packages.

Our Eucalyptus Package offers a traditional touch to your special day with pre-dinner drinks followed by a sit-down two course alternate drop meal.

Blossom Wedding Reception Package*

Our Blossom Package includes a delectable cocktail style menu with ample food for your guests to enjoy. With both light and substantial canapes on offer, your guests will enjoy extensive options during the evening.

Steve Irwin once said, “When people touch an animal, the animal touches their heart.” Our Australia Zoo animal encounters do just that – they get you up close and personal with our incredible wildlife. We offer an array of animal experiences for the bridal couple so you can appreciate our beautiful animals on your wedding day.

• Wedding favours

Give your guests a keepsake they will love! We have a huge range of Australia Zoo merchandise to choose from with all proceeds going back into supporting our conservation efforts! You can also make a donation on behalf of your guests to our Wildlife Warriors and their conservation projects in Australia and around the world! Donations of more than $2.00 are tax deductable.

• Stationery package
